Client & Brief
Natalia Berezina from the Academy of Professional Mastery reached out with a request: build an online tool that identifies talents and suitable careers based on a natal chart, embeddable on any website.
Natalia has an audience interested in career guidance. The goal was to provide an interactive quiz, collect contacts, and sell a video lecture with a detailed interpretation. No off-the-shelf solutions existed — the tool had to be built from scratch: astrological calculations, quiz, results, report, CRM integration.
What Was Done
The user enters their date, time, and place of birth. The system builds a natal chart and generates a unique set of questions based on it — each user gets their own. The questions refine inclinations and help match careers more accurately.
Before seeing results, the user provides their name, email, and optionally a phone number or Telegram handle. The output is a list of suitable careers split into three groups: “Best Matches,” “Good Matches,” and “Possible Directions.” Plus a description of talents that correspond to the chart and quiz answers.
After completing the quiz, a PDF report with careers and talents is generated automatically. It is uploaded to an S3 cloud storage — the user receives a download link. Results are also sent via email as an HTML message with a link to the PDF.
The lead is instantly sent to email and GetCourse: a contact is created, a subscription group is assigned, and the PDF results link is saved to the contact card.
The widget is embedded on a website with a single line of HTML. It works on Tilda, WordPress, Wix, custom-built sites — anywhere. Styles are fully isolated and don’t break the host site’s design (Shadow DOM). You can customize the theme, button text, and bind the widget to any element on the page. UTM tags are captured automatically.
Natalia can edit quiz questions, talent descriptions, and career listings through an admin panel — no developer needed. Changes take effect instantly.
Result
The client received a ready-made product that:
- attracts an audience with an interactive quiz
- collects contacts and sends them to the CRM
- sells a video lecture without human involvement
- works on any website without modifications
- is managed via an admin panel without a developer
Everything — from astrological calculations to PDF reports — runs automatically.
